Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maybeauty.au@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at maybeauty.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
